ID Card sessions, when held, are open to all and will be held at the Msgr Meyer Youth Center
PLEASE BRING OR FURNISH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TO VERIFY BIRTH DATE:
	Birth Certificate (may be a copy)
	Baptismal Certificate (must show birthdate, may be a copy)
	Current or Expired CYC ID Card (original only)
	Current Passport (original only)
	Valid Drivers License (original only)
Youth Cards:			Adult Cards:
	Fee $5.00			Fee $5.00
	Age 17 and under			Age 18 and up
	Expires in 6 years			Does not Expire
