All Grade School level players, coaches and Managers are required to have a valid CYC ID card, which can be obtained through the Archdiocesan CYC website.
Managers and coaches must attend the Coaching to Make a Positive Difference Class and the Protecting God's Children Workshop, as well as apply for a CYC ID card. Coaching ID numbers must be listed on the Roster.
All adults, 18 and older, must be compliant with the Safe Environment Program Policies of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Managers of teams in 3rd through 8th grade must be at least 18 years old. High School level players need a valid CYC ID card. High School level Managers must be at least 21 years old, with a valid ID.
All managers and coaches MUST be on an approved roster, and have a valid CYC ID card to be eligible to participate. If a manager or coach does not have an official valid ID, and/or is not on an approved roster, they MUST not be on the players bench, and may not participate with the team while at a facility.
