Information for Baseball Officials:

 
SMMA and QAS will each be hosting two umpire clinincs in the coming weeks. If you have umpired for less then four years you must attend one clinic. I would recomend everyone attend because there is always something to learn or get better at. You must register for the cliinc you will be attending at the links below.
 
Sunday Nights clinic @ SMMA will be held outside on the field.  You will need a jacket it will be chilly, your indicator, mask if you have one, pen or pencil, notebook or something.

Here is the link to the test. Please use the rule books to help with any questions you are confused on. The scores have not been really good so far. Please put the effort out to get these questions correct. You need to be prepared when you have that bang bang play we all love and the coach that doesn't know the rules is coming out to discuss the play. If the coach doesn't have a rules question and just wants to discuss the judgement call you just made we are sending him/her straight back to the place they came from. If he has a rule question we will answer that question and send them back, but you have to know the answer.
